Seamoss Care Instructions
Please thoroughly inspect your order to ensure there are no damages or spoilage of your product. All orders are packed with ice packs to ensure freshness upon delivery. Be sure to refrigerate your gel at least 1-2 hours prior to consuming. Seamoss can last up to 4 weeks in the refrigerator, and up to 4 months if freezing. We recommend freezing, if you purchase multiple gels.

What are the ingredients in our Seamoss Gel?
Ingredients are 100% all natural & simple. Our plain gels are made with seamoss and spring water, while our fruit infused gels are made with fresh fruits, seamoss and spring water. No preservatives are added to our gels to allow maximum health benefits! However, we now offer customized orders where agave or honey can be added if you prefer a little sweetener. Both are natural and organic.
How long does it take for orders to be pressed and shipped?
Since all orders are made to order and made fresh, processing time can take anywhere from 1-5 days. Once your order is prepared, shipment takes about 1-3 days. Rest assured, we do our best to process orders as quickly as possible without affecting the integrity & quality of the Seamoss gel.
Why is my seamoss very loose and watery in texture, instead of a gel/solid form? My order also arrived with an ice pack already melted. Is it safe to consume?
It is completely safe too use your gel! Seamoss naturally thickens in cool climates, once the temperature becomes warmer, so does the seamoss, becoming loose in texture. We pack all packages with super cold seamoss gel and ice packs. However, depending on the shipping transit time, the texture will change, and the ice pack may melt. Once you receive your gel, refrigerate the unopened bottle immediately for atleast 1-2 hours to allow the gel to reform, before consuming. This helps prevent moisture from entering the bottle, which is damaging.
