Delicious Breakfast Fruit Bowl

When I have a busy day ahead, I enjoy and appreciate quick delicious breakfast ideas. One my favorite go to recipes is a yogurt parfait. It is really tasty and vegan friendly. I like storing them in a mason jar with a lid for easy accessibility. It is also easy to grab and go! 

It takes literally 10 minutes or less to prepare! How easy and amazing is that? The best part is that you can make them overnight, and make a few to get through the week. I usually make about 2-3 jars overnight.

Here are the ingredients I use, but you can customize this recipe to your preference:

  • Yogurt-can be dairy or non-dairy(I use non-dairy)

  • Fruits(Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, & Pineapples)

  • Granola

  • Shredded Coconut

  • Agave to sweeten

Once you have all your ingredients just layer them one by one in the mason jar. I start with the yogurt as my base, and then add all the fruits. Finally, I add the granola, shredded coconut and the agave. And Voila, breakfast is ready!!
