When I have a busy day ahead, I enjoy and appreciate quick delicious breakfast ideas. One my favorite go to recipes is a yogurt parfait. It is really tasty and vegan friendly. I like storing them in a mason jar with a lid for easy accessibility. It is also easy to grab and go!
It takes literally 10 minutes or less to prepare! How easy and amazing is that? The best part is that you can make them overnight, and make a few to get through the week. I usually make about 2-3 jars overnight.
